‍About the Role We are seeking an AI & Sales Automation Specialisttotransform how we generate leads, engage customers,
and convert sales usingartificial intelligence, automation, and modern digitaltools. This is ahands-on role responsible for designing, implementing,
and optimising automatedsales processes and AI-driven social media activitythat directly increaserevenue and efficiency.

‍Key Responsibilities
Sales Automation Design and implement automated lead capture, qualification,andfollow-up workflows. Integrate CRM systems with marketing, email, socialmedia,and web platforms.
Build AI-assisted sales processes (chatbots,automated proposals, lead scoring,follow-ups).Improve conversion rates acrossthe sales funnel through data-drivenoptimisation.
‍AI & Digital Growth
‍Apply AI tools to content creation, customer engagement, andcampaignoptimisation.
Develop automated systems for:Email marketing Social media postingandengagementLead nurturing and reactivation
Evaluate and implement emergingAI technologies that enhance revenueperformance.
Social Media AutomationCreateAI-powered workflows for social contentscheduling, targeting, andengagement.Use analytics to optimise reach,
lead generation, and conversionfrom social platforms.Support paid and organiccampaigns with automation and AIinsights.
Data, Reporting & OptimisationTrack KPIs including lead quality,
conversion rates, CAC, and revenue impact.
Produce dashboards and reports formanagement.Continuously test and improveworkflows to maximise ROI.

‍Skills & Experience Essential
‍Proven experience in sales automation, marketing automation, orgrowthengineering
‍Strong working knowledge of:CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho,orsimilar)Automation tools (Retell Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)
AI tools for business(ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.)Understanding of salesfunnels, leadgeneration, and digital marketing.Ability to connect systems usingAPIs andautomation tools.
‍Desirable Experience building AI Voice agents chatbots andcustomer-facingautomation.Knowledge of social media automation and adoptimisation.
Basicscripting (Python, JavaScript) or workflow logic.Experience in B2B or B2Csalesenvironments.
